Lokum is a food product, so for hygiene reasons we can only take back boxes that are still sealed; an opened box is excluded from the right of withdrawal (Section 312g(2) no. 3 BGB, German Civil Code). Handwritten greeting cards with a personal message cannot be returned either.
Damaged or faulty goods are a different matter: just get in touch and we will replace them or refund the purchase price.
How returns work
- Email us within 14 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and the boxes you want to return. You are also welcome to use the model withdrawal form from our withdrawal policy.
- Pack the unopened boxes securely, ideally in the original carton.
- Send the parcel within 14 days of your notice to: Meva Patisserie GmbH, Eifelstraße 37 b, 52224 Stolberg, Deutschland.
- Keep your proof of postage until the refund has reached you.
Return shipping costs
You pay the cost of sending the parcel back. We recommend an insured, tracked service such as DHL Paket.
Refund
Once the goods have reached us – and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal – we refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping cost to the payment method you used. With PayPal, Klarna or credit card it may take a few days for the amount to appear, depending on the provider.
