Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs are shown in your cart and before you complete the order. Delivery time starts when payment is received. All prices include VAT.

• Germany, DHL standard: €4.90 – free on orders of €49 or more – 2 to 3 working days
• Germany, DHL express: €9.90 – 1 working day
• EU countries, DHL standard: €9.90 – 3 to 6 working days

Delivery countries

We deliver to Germany and to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders received by 12 noon on a working day usually leave our workshop the same day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will email you the DHL tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

DHL delivers Monday to Saturday. You can also have your parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation or post office – simply enter the Packstation or post office address as your delivery address.

Packaging

Each lokum box weighs 400 g. We pack up to 2 boxes in a sturdy shipping carton (28 × 16 × 7 cm) so nothing moves in transit. Larger orders are shipped in several cartons at no extra cost.

Lokum copes well with temperature changes and does not need a cold chain. In hot summer weather, we recommend putting the parcel somewhere cool once it arrives.

Sending a gift

We can deliver your order straight to the recipient. On request we gift-wrap it and add a handwritten card with your message. The invoice is then not included in the parcel – we send it to you by email instead.

Parcel damaged or missing?

Write to us at [email protected], ideally with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
